Oshan Viraj Rajapaksa
35 years teaching art in Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Crown Technical College
- Since 2016
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
More about Oshan
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Oshan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
