Óscar W. Guerrero
Volunteer mentor with Fairview Community Trust
- 🇲🇽 Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
- Fairview Community Trust
- 1978 to 2011
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Fairview Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Óscar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
