Óscar K. Acosta
Painter, potter and teacher at Pittsburgh Art Collective
- 🇺🇸 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
- Pittsburgh Art Collective
- Since 2004
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2004 at Pittsburgh Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Óscar
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Óscar: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
