Mentor in nursing and engineering
- 🇺🇸 Memphis, Tennessee, United States

- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,600 people through Ashford Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
