Óscar B. Martínez
Mentor in nursing and first-generation students
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Foundation
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Los Angeles Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
