Osamu Yamada

Self-taught oil painting artist

  • 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
  • Sapporo Pottery
  • 1988 to 2023
  • English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1988 at Sapporo Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I sing in a choir.
