Osamu Koji Ota
Engineering mentor, Tokyo
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Northside Learning Hub
- Since 1995
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Northside Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Osamu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
