Helping people break into farming

  • 🇯🇵 Osaka, Osaka, Japan
  • Beacon Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1986
  • English, Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Beacon Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
