Osama Ali Tawfik
Youth dance coach and mentor
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Heliopolis Swimming Club
- Since 1988
- English
I've coached dance at Heliopolis Swimming Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Osama
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

You taught us how to lose properly. Worth more than any trophy. Greetings from Piraeus.
