Orlando Salvador

Oud player and teacher in Makati

  • 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Since 1996
  • English
I play oud and traditional drumming. I started in 1996 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I make terrible puns. I'm still learning every day.

More about Orlando

I write my first song when I was 18. It was terrible and I still love it.
