Orlando R. Castillo
Small business mentor, Santa Rosa
- 🇵🇭 Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- Santa Rosa Community Trust
- 1992 to 2014
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Santa Rosa Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
