Orlando J. Andrada
Volunteer mentor with Pioneer Association
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Pioneer Association
- 1989 to 2003
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Pioneer Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Orlando: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
