For 27 years I've run the cross country program at Caloocan Sports Club in Caloocan. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
