I've coached cross country at Thika Oakwood Community Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
