- 1985 to 2001

I coached boxing at Kilkenny Hillcrest Athletic Club from 1985 to 2001. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
