Onyango Waweru Tembo

Keeper of the mobile library

  • 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Brookfield Library
  • Since 2012
  • English, Swahili
I've worked at Brookfield Library since 2012. If there was a question, we'd find an answer, or at least a book that might help. Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.

What gifts mean to Onyango: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
