For 25 years I was the social studies teacher at Kilimanjaro Secondary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
