Onyango Daniel Kipchoge
Baseball and fitness coach, Kasarani
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani Community Club
- 2006 to 2019
- English, Swahili
For 13 years I ran the baseball program at Kasarani Community Club in Kasarani. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Onyango
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Onyango: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
