For 15 years I ran the athletics program at Nairobi Kingsway Boxing Gym in Nairobi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
