Omolara Ngozika Popoola
Retired computer science teacher from Ibadan Girls' School
- 🇳🇬 Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria
- Ibadan Girls' School
- 2013 to 2025
- English, Igbo
For twelve years I was the computer science teacher at Ibadan Girls' School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Omolara
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Omolara: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me computer science in 2014 at Ibadan Girls' School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Truly.

You taught me computer science in 2016 at Ibadan Girls' School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
