For 28 years I have been the special education teacher at Victory Girls' School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
