Omkar L. More
Mentor in leadership and finance
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- 1994 to 2005
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Atlas Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
More about Omkar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Omkar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
