I'm a musician from Varanasi. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Omkar
I write my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Omkar: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
