I've coached chess at Lahore Harmony Boxing Gym since 2006. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Omer
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
