Ömer Can Erdem

Astronomy lecturer, 1983 to 2019

  • 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
  • Meadowbank Polytechnic
  • 1983 to 2019
  • English, French
I spent 36 years as a lecturer in astronomy at Meadowbank Polytechnic in Üsküdar. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as an accountant and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.

More about Ömer

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
