Omer Adnan Abbasi
Musician with Sukkur Ensemble
- 🇵🇰 Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan
- Sukkur Ensemble
- 2003 to 2018
- English, Punjabi
I play drums and gospel. I started in 2003 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Omer
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Omer: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
