Omar Jewel Zaman

Painter, potter and teacher at Gazipur Gallery

  • 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Gazipur Gallery
  • Since 2002
  • English, Bengali
I'm a textiles artist based in Gazipur. I've been making things since 2002 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I fix old bicycles. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Omar

I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
