Omar Bilal Khalil
Mentor in leadership and careers
- 🇲🇦 Salé, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco
- Salé Learning Hub
- 2012 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Salé Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Omar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Omar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
