For 32 years I've run the hockey program at Dhaka Football Club in Dhaka. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Omar
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Omar: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
