I've coached badminton at Willow Creek Boxing Gym since 2007. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
