Olumide Tayo Raji
Helping people break into design
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Our Lady of Peace Mentoring Circle
- Since 2001
- English, Igbo
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Our Lady of Peace Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Olumide
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Olumide: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
