Olumide Seyi Mba

12 years teaching English literature in Lagos

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Since 1990
  • English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Olumide

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
