Coached martial arts for nine years in Abuja
- 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Abuja Youth Club
- 2004 to 2013
- English, Spanish
For nine years I ran the martial arts program at Abuja Youth Club in Abuja. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
