Olumide Festus Balogun
Coached cross country for 46 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Since 1980
- English, Hausa
I've coached cross country at Cedar Grove Boxing Gym since 1980. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Olumide
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
