I've spent 21 years as a lecturer in materials science at Stockholm State University in Stockholm. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a shop assistant and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
What gifts mean to Olof: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
