I'm a mentor in trades. I spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Olivier
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Olivier: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
