Olivia Sithole

Youth badminton coach and mentor

  • 🇿🇦 Mthatha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
  • Mthatha Victory Boxing Gym
  • 1982 to 2000
  • English, Zulu
I coached badminton at Mthatha Victory Boxing Gym from 1982 to 2000. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
