For 22 years I ran the wrestling program at Mthatha Sports Club in Mthatha. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Olivia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Olivia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
