Olivia S. Barrett

Youth athletics coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
  • Since 1995
  • English
For 31 years I've run the athletics program at Bakersfield Swimming Club in Bakersfield. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.

More about Olivia

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
