Olivia Rogers
32 years teaching chemistry in Newcastle
- 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
- Since 1990
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
More about Olivia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Olivia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
