I've worked in carpentry since 1986. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,600 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I try to remember everyone's name.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Olivia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
