Olivia H. Parks
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Little St. Joseph's Trades Guild
- Since 1983
- English
I've worked in baking since 1983. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 900 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
