For eleven years I have been the early years teacher at Los Angeles Middle School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Olivia
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
