Oliver R. Joseph

Cook and owner of The Newcastle Bakery

  • 🇦🇺 Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
  • Since 2001
  • English
I run The Newcastle Bakery in Newcastle. We started in 2001 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. Over the years we've fed 1,080 people and counted every smile. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
