Oliver N. Parks

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
  • Crescent Mentoring Circle
  • Since 2008
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Crescent Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Oliver

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
