I taught geography at New Orleans High School in New Orleans from 1989 to 2018. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
