Oliver C. Haynes
Mentor in design and careers
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Belfast Community Trust
- Since 1982
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,110 people through Belfast Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Oliver: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
