Olga Rudenko
Volunteer mentor with Novosibirsk Association
- 🇷🇺 Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia
- Novosibirsk Association
- 2008 to 2017
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Novosibirsk Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Olga: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
