Oleksandr Ruslan Havrylenko
Volunteer mentor with Kharkiv Youth Network
- 🇺🇦 Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine
- Kharkiv Youth Network
- 2002 to 2011
- English, Ukrainian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Kharkiv Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
More about Oleksandr
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
