Oky Salim
33 years teaching social studies in Ubud
- 🇮🇩 Ubud, Bali, Indonesia
- 2016 to 2024
- English, Indonesian
Andes Academy was my second home. I taught social studies there from 2016 to 2024, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Oky
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I was in your teenagers class in 2025. You believed I could do it before I did. Thank you again.
